About BrightSeal

BrightSeal focuses on manufactured and mobile home roofs because they're the roofs the industry forgot. Roofing contractors would rather sell a roof-over; big-box "roof paint" chalks away in three summers; and meanwhile the people living under these roofs have the most practical need for a fix that works and the least appetite for a five-figure invoice.

Our answer is a real elastomeric membrane — the same class of coating used on commercial flat roofs — packaged and documented for a homeowner with a roller, a brush, and a free weekend. Seal the leaks, reflect the heat, and do it for the price of a space heater instead of the price of a car.

BrightSeal is manufactured in Wisconsin by Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, with the same quality control as the commercial products that share its production line.

For park owners and maintenance crews

Multi-unit communities get volume pricing, per-roof-size estimating tables, and an application spec written for a maintenance crew rather than a coatings chemist. Several parks rotate a few roofs per season through their own crews and budget it like mowing — predictable, in-house, and cheaper every year than the leak calls it replaces. Contact us with your unit count and we'll build the numbers.
